What’s a portrait party?
You invite your friends to get together and have their photographs taken. There is no cost to them unless they choose to buy and they will be able to view their photos right there at the party. Your guests will have fun getting their photographs taken and viewing the results! Food or drink is up to you.
What’s in it for you?
For hosting the party, you will receive one (1) 8x10 unit, plus an additional unit for each $100 your guests spend on their portraits. You will also earn 10% on all sales to your guests from their party sessions. If you choose to use any portion of your commission to purchase photographs from your family’s session at the party, I will take 50% off the regular price. Your $100 cash commission becomes $200 in portraits! It is quite possible to earn all of your portraits by hosting the Portrait Party. Your commission will be paid when you receive your portraits.
What’s in it for your guests?
Your friends and family you invite to your party get the opportunity to get great portraits at a wonderful price. There’s no sitting fee, they get to select their portraits at the party or online later in the comfort of their own home and there’s no high–pressure sales pitch.
